Issue Properties
Every issue has a set of properties accessible from the right sidebar of the issue detail page.
Status
Tracks where the issue is in your workflow. Changing status to Done marks the issue complete and updates project and phase progress bars.
Priority
| Level | Label | When to use |
|---|---|---|
| P0 | Urgent | Blockers, critical bugs, time-sensitive work. |
| P1 | High | Important work for the current cycle. |
| P2 | Medium | Standard planned work. |
| P3 | Low | Nice-to-have, backlog items. |
Type
- Task — general to-do item.
- Bug — a defect or broken behavior.
- Story — a user-facing feature or requirement.
- Milestone — a grouping issue that tracks child issue progress.
Dates
Start date and due date control when an issue appears on the Timeline and Calendar views. They are optional.
